Norris Towing UHaul Company / Morris Towing UHaul Company is nothing but some liers and Stealing / robbing Company. They Charged me $30.52 said by me paying my UHaul with My Cash App card it was saying that it was a gift and that I would get My $30.52 back and when I took in and dropped back off My UHaul they said that the money would go back on my card and it didn't, so I had called the Main Office and spoke with a Man named Joshua which told me the truth that apologize for The Company lieing to me and stealing my money, I know that I'm not going to get my money back because they put it down as taxes and fess which they already had added it in, but the way they did it was very clever, and I advise anyone else not to ever use The Norris Towing UHaul Company ever if you don't want to get taken advantage of and be lied to also get your money stolen from you, I'm a senior Citizen elderly Woman whose on a fixed income who don't get much money but they don't give 2 cents about that taken money and lieing to an elderly Woman like me and I called the person at the Company and spoke to a man who told me it's just $30.52 , WOW $30.52 that I didn't have for they to steal , lied to and completely don't care.

Joe with Norris was awesome! He arrived so quickly I was not even back to my car yet (I had to go to a class so I couldn’t wait until someone got there). He found my car and waited until I made it across campus with my keys and delivered my car to have my tire repaired ASAP.

Had an issue with an oil change at Express Oil and they offered to send Norris Towing to come get it. The man who came was the kindest and sweetest man I've ever met. He paid special attention to my children, showed my 6 yr old how the tow truck worked and made a horrible situation so much better just by being there. I'm sad my car is in distress but this man was such an angel. I didn't catch his name but from the other reviews I think his name is Joe. Thank you Joe for being such a blessing to us today ❤️

Joe was absolutely excellent! He was professional, courteous, and handled my tow with care and precision from start to finish. He is honestly one of the best tow truck drivers I’ve ever dealt with, and he went above and beyond to help my family during what was already a stressful nightmare with car trouble. Joe deserves a raise, hands down—I fully support that! I will definitely recommend this towing company, especially based on the way Joe took care of my family when we needed help the most. 10/10! I had good luck when the guy from Norris Towing, Cleveland, Tennessee stopped to help my tire puncture. Personable and professional, he knew all the local tire dealers, and stayed with me until we found the right size. I'm sorry I had the flat, but sure glad I wound up with Norris.

We had Norris come for an issue with our rental car. They se t one of the nicest guys in the world Joe. He was so helpful with getting the car started. There was an issue with where to take it so we just ended up taking it back to the agency. Joe was outstanding. Spoke with him and he was beyond helpful. Will use Norris towing if we need help. These guys went over and above to get us taken care of on a rainy late night/early morning weekend. Our family got stranded locally and needed a tow and a U-Haul, they got both done quick and very cost effective! Can’t say enough nice things about these guys. My car broke down less than a mile from where I was headed to take it to get it fixed and Joe came and picked up my car in like 15 minutes. It was the quickest I’ve ever been picked up ever. He was so nice and he did the battery thing and gave us a better idea of what was wrong with it. He was amazing.

I have had issues with Norris Towing in the past and they did not rectify them at all, but the last encounter was great. Joe I believe his name was was wonderful. The car I was driving left my daughter and I in an unsafe area and when the bearded man arrived she was even more unsure but he immediately made her feel at ease and get us loaded and gone within minutes. He is a true asset to the company and they need to hire more that resemble his work ethic and demeanor.

Jacob was amazing. He was so helpful and professional. His quality is truly 5 STAR! He changed my flat tire with my spare and after the spare tire was already on, he realized that the spare tire needed air in it. He went right to his work vehicle and hooked up his air hose and filled up my spare tire with air. Thank you so much, Jacob for your service. I will always use Norris Towing for any of my future car service needs and my hope is to always have Jacob to come and help me.

went there this morning to rent a car dolly, I was in and out quickly they hooked it up and explained how it works. towed my grandsons car home, it worked perfectly no problems at all. Returning it was just as easy as picking it up. no hassels no delays, will definitely use them again. verry nice people

Joe helped me tow my car into town from the ocoee river and he was awesome. On time if not early and super kind. He took me to his buddies shop and tired to fix my car and drove me all the way to the hotel when he didn't have to. Real stand up guy and he went above and beyond to help me.

Joe with Norris Towing made our road side service very pleasant. We were on our way out of town when car troubles happened. We had to call on him twice in one day. He spoke well of the company he works for and also spoke well of his voice. That speaks volumes. We will definitely do more business with Norris towing. Hopefully we’ll see Joe again in a frustrating situation. Joe was great!!!!

Had a flat on 75 North this evening. Very thankful for Norris Towing. I called, and within just a brief time, Joe pulled up! Very professional driver. We had a great conversation about memories of growing up in Cleveland when there wasn't any traffic!!! I hope never to have a flat again, but if I do...I will call Norris. Thank you Joe!

Fuel pump went out on my truck and Joe arrived fast and was able to load her up and haul her home safely for me. I wasn’t in an easy location or ideal time of day. Thankful for the tow and ride home.
