Joe was amazingly helpful in retrieving my automobile keys! I’m grateful he came out so quickly to help me on a hot, stormy afternoon when I was recently stranded on Paul Huff. Joe was fast, courteous and professional! I highly recommend Joe and Norris Towing!

Joe helped me tow my car into town from the ocoee river and he was awesome. On time if not early and super kind. He took me to his buddies shop and tired to fix my car and drove me all the way to the hotel when he didn't have to. Real stand up guy and he went above and beyond to help me.

Joe with Norris Towing made our road side service very pleasant. We were on our way out of town when car troubles happened. We had to call on him twice in one day. He spoke well of the company he works for and also spoke well of his voice. That speaks volumes. We will definitely do more business with Norris towing. Hopefully we’ll see Joe again in a frustrating situation. Joe was great!!!!

Had a flat on 75 North this evening. Very thankful for Norris Towing. I called, and within just a brief time, Joe pulled up! Very professional driver. We had a great conversation about memories of growing up in Cleveland when there wasn't any traffic!!! I hope never to have a flat again, but if I do...I will call Norris. Thank you Joe!

Fuel pump went out on my truck and Joe arrived fast and was able to load her up and haul her home safely for me. I wasn’t in an easy location or ideal time of day. Thankful for the tow and ride home.
